RESTON, Va., June 14, 2018 – STG, Inc., a leading provider of mission-critical technology, cyber, information technology (IT), network operations and data solutions to more than fifty U.S. federal agencies has been awarded a prime contract by the General Services Administration (GSA) to provide global IT products and services under the GSA Alliant 2 Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). STG delivers performance-oriented solutions in cyber security and secure information systems, software development systems and services, intelligence, and analytics to customers at more than 250 locations worldwide. STG, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of SOS International LLC (SOSi), was acquired by the Reston, Virginia-based company in April 2018.
The indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract has a five-year base period of performance, one five-year option, and a total ceiling value of $50 billion for all awardees. The Alliant 2 contract gives federal agencies the opportunity to acquire IT services quickly and efficiently using all contract types, including hybrids and cost-reimbursement task orders.
Named a best-in-class contract for IT solutions by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), Alliant 2 offers buying agencies access to a full range of comprehensive information technology services through a robust scope that is aligned with the Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA) and the Department of Defense Enterprise Architecture (DoDEA). STG, Inc. is one of approximately 61 businesses eligible to compete for work under the contract.
