RESTON, VA –February 6, 2023 – SOSi, a leader in delivering transformational, mission-critical technology solutions to the U.S. government, announced today the appointment of Andrew Bream as its Vice President for Information Technology.
Bream will be responsible for advancing SOSi’s enterprise IT systems and security and delivering competitive technology solutions to support transformation and digital modernization challenges for customers across the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), and Federal Civilian agencies.
Bream brings more than 20 years of information technology leadership experience in the defense, aerospace, and technology industries to SOSi. Prior to joining SOSi, he held leadership positions with L3Harris Technologies where he developed and led the global Integrated Mission Systems segment IT team and IT Operational Excellence team. His experience also includes roles with the Intelligence Solutions Division of General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) where he expanded and matured the IT team supporting Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) customers and implemented IT service management best practices.
Bream holds a master’s degree in Information Technology Management from the University of Virginia and Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification. His additional credentials include ITIL Expert, CSM (certified scrum master), and certified Business Relationship Management Professional.
