SOS International LLC (SOSi) announced today that it hired Nayna Diehl as its Associate General Counsel. Diehl will help oversee a range of legal matters having to do with government contract management, compliance, procurement, and general business operations.
Diehl served for five years as the Vice President, Corporate Counsel, and Director of Contracts for Versar, Inc., a large diversified professional services firm in the Government services sector. Prior to Versar, she worked for the Government business unit of Ericcson, Inc. and its spinoff entity, Oceus Networks, Inc. for seven years, where she led post-M&A integration, government contract administration and compliance, and the special security requirements for Foreign Ownership, Control or Influence (FOCI) certification. Throughout her career Diehl has developed expertise in foreign military sales, information security compliance, and export controls under both the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Commerce Control List. She has also had a prominent role in supporting corporate M&A strategies.

Diehl holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of the Philippines and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from American University.
