RESTON, Va. (May 18, 2015) – SOSi announced today that Louis M. Addeo has been named to SOSi’s board of advisors. Mr. Addeo most recently served as the executive vice president for Corporate Development and Strategic Acquisitions at ManTech International, where he oversaw more than $500M of acquisitions to support government services in the Department of Defense (DoD), health care and commercial cyber markets.
Previously, Mr. Addeo was the president and group executive for ManTech’s Technical Services Group, the chief operating officer and a member of the board of directors of Serco North America, and the chief executive of AT&T Government Solutions.
Mr. Addeo has also served on the boards of the United Services Organization (USO), the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), and the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC).
