Reston, VA — November 18, 2024 — SOSi announced today that it hired Lisa C. Wilkinson as Chief Human Resources Officer. With more than 25 years of human resources experience, Wilkinson will lead SOSi’s workforce planning and development, talent acquisition and retention, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, performance management, diversity and inclusion programs, and compliance.
Prior to joining SOSi, Wilkinson spent nearly 17 years in the aerospace and defense industry, most recently as Vice President, People & Culture at SES Space & Defense. She served as an executive lead for the company’s successful acquisition and integration of DRG GES, where she held the Senior Director, Human Resources position. A member of the SES Space & Defense’s leadership team, she created a people-centric culture that accelerated performance, dramatically reduced voluntary turnover, and drove organizational value.
