As SOSi’s Senior Vice President for Intelligence, Stephen Iwicki leads a global team providing intelligence analysis, operations support, language and cultural advisory services, intelligence surveillance platforms, and cybersecurity solutions to the government and intelligence community. With nearly four decades of experience in the intelligence field, Stephen drives strategic initiatives to differentiate the company’s innovative offerings and position it for continued growth in the intelligence sector.
Stephen’s extensive background includes executive roles at several leading defense and technology firms, including QinetiQ, VivSoft Technologies, and Octo Consulting. His expertise spans program management, business development, and organizational leadership, with a proven track record of delivering results in complex, mission-critical environments.
Prior to his industry career, Stephen served 20 years as a U.S. Army Intelligence Officer, culminating as Director of Army Intelligence Transformation. His military experience includes combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as strategic roles supporting White House cabinet members.
Stephen holds a Master of Science in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University and a Bachelor of Science in Decision Sciences from Rider University. He currently serves as President of the Board for the National Military Intelligence Foundation (NMIF).
