Michael Garson is SOSi’s Chief Legal Officer and oversees the company’s legal, ethics and compliance, contracting, procurement, and security functions. He brings more than two decades of experience in the U.S. defense, national security, intelligence, and civilian agency markets.
Previously, Michael was the Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer for LGS Innovations (now part of CACI), a communications technology and R&D company primarily focused on supporting the U.S. defense and intelligence communities. He also served as corporate counsel for Lucent Technologies.
Michael earned his bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and his law degree from The George Washington University Law School.
