As SOSi’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Lisa Wilkinson leads the company’s global workforce strategy, overseeing talent acquisition and development, employee engagement, total rewards, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and operational excellence across the organization. With more than 25 years of experience in human resources, Lisa drives strategic initiatives to create a people-centric culture that empowers teams and accelerates business growth.
Throughout her career, Lisa has demonstrated expertise in human capital strategy, focusing on creating trust-based environments through transparency, vulnerability, and accountability. Her background includes nearly 17 years in the aerospace and defense industry, most recently serving as Vice President of People & Culture at SES Space & Defense. There, she played a pivotal role in the successful acquisition and integration of DRS GES. Her leadership was instrumental in creating a high-performance culture that significantly reduced voluntary turnover and enhanced organizational value.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Human Resources from Marist College and maintains various professional HR certifications.
