Kyle Fox joined SOSi in 2022 as its founding Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and leads SOSi’s technology, cybersecurity, research, and innovation strategies. He brings critical experience in cyber-physical systems, cybersecurity, supply chain security, cloud native architecture, development, security, and operations (DevSecOps), zero trust techniques, and digital engineering, which enables SOSi to deliver critical capabilities at the speed of relevancy to its customers and stakeholders.
Before joining SOSi, Kyle was the founding Chief Software Engineer (CSE) for the Department of the Air Force and served as the CSE for the $96 billion U.S. Air Force Sentinel Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) / Sentinel ICBM modernization program. There, he was responsible for more than 1,000 software engineers and spearheaded both the development of the first cloud native nuclear weapon system program, and the first major weapon system in the DoD to leverage a complete DevSecOps delivery methodology.
Kyle earned his Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Wyoming, and his Master of Science in electrical and electronics engineering from Naval Postgraduate School.
