As Vice President of Contracts and Procurement at SOSi, Elizabeth Caldera leads a team of contracting professionals, overseeing the day-to-day management and administration of federal contracts throughout the contract lifecycle. With more than 18 years of experience in federal contract management, Elizabeth excels in proposal support, contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and administration of complex government and commercial contracts.
Elizabeth’s expertise spans various contract types and federal agencies, including the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and civilian agencies. Her strategic approach to contract management has resulted in significant cost savings, improved compliance, and enhanced operational efficiency. She is known for developing innovative solutions, such as implementing data management systems and streamlining negotiation processes.
Prior to joining SOSi, Elizabeth held leadership positions at Applied Insight and Leidos. Her experience also includes roles at the Central Intelligence Agency and SAIC. Elizabeth’s diverse background allows her to provide valuable insights as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior executives on contractual matters.
Elizabeth holds a graduate certificate in Procurement and Contracts Management from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Arts from Virginia Tech. She is an active member of the National Contract Management Association and maintains an active TS/SCI clearance.
