David Pearson joined SOSi in 2018 with the acquisition of STG Inc. and serves as Vice President and Corporate Controller.
David has more than 25 years of experience in senior finance roles across the government contracting industry. Over his career, he has participated in more than 14 mergers and/or acquisition transactions, providing financial and integration leadership and support. Prior to joining SOSi, David was the Vice President and Corporate Controller for two private equity portfolio companies.
David earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from George Mason University.
