Andrew Bream brings more than 20 years of information technology leadership experience in the defense, aerospace and technology industries. Andrew excels at leading businesses through technology transformations, leading dozens of enterprise resource planning (ERP), materials requirements planning (MRP), manufacturing execution system (MES), and quality management systems (QMS) deployments across multiple organizations.
Throughout his career, Andrew has led full-service IT teams at small, medium and large organizations in progressively increasing levels of responsibility and scope. He grew and matured the IT team in General Dynamics’ IT Intelligence Solutions Division, implementing IT service management best practices culminating in General Dynamics becoming the first aerospace and defense company to become ISO 20000 certified. Most recently, Andrew developed and led the Integrated Mission Systems segment IT team and IT Operational Excellence teams at L3Harris Technologies.
Andrew earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Florida, and his master’s degree in IT management from the University of Virginia.
