Inside Defense, The Insider – SOS International said today it has acquired a non-controlling interest in Applications Technology, better known as AppTek, to become the exclusive reseller of AppTek products to federal, state and local government.
As part of the deal, SOSi Chief Executive Julian Setian will join AppTek’s board of directors, the company said.
