Washington Technology – SOS International has hired a pair of executives including a former intelligence community leader to help steer the company’s strategy for that market.
Neil Wiley was appointed senior adviser for intelligence programs after a nearly four-decade government career that included roles such as National Intelligence Council chairman and leadership positions at the Defense Intelligence Agency.
