U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) Agents have a challenging position that entails dangerous field work as well as in-office processing. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) needed a trusted partner to provide processing support across the southern border so Border Patrol Agents could spend more time in the field performing border security and enforcement activities to help manage the thousands of daily crossings.
