Security Guards Services (SGS) BPA – This agreement is to provide fixed and/or mobile Unarmed Security Guard Services on a short and/or long-term basis at various locations throughout the European Area of Responsibility (AoR) of USAREUR-AF. This BPA agreement is for emerging and recurring requirements for commercial services, including personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform non-personal Unarmed Security Guard services on a short and/or long-term basis using human and/or nonhuman means, under NAICS 561612 – Security Guards and Patrol Services.

The 409th CSB developed the BPAs to standardize and streamline the acquisition of security guard services. Ordering is centralized but the U.S. Government has the right to include additional authorized callers via a letter update notification from the KO to the BPA holders. BPAs offer an efficient means to award Orders, reducing time and saving cost for U.S. Government.
Note: Contracting Officers must be trained and appointed within the 409th CSB to place calls against the BPA.
