Our employees love giving back to the communities where they work!
This week, our colleagues at SOSi’s Sierra Vista/Ft. Huachuca, AZ, office teamed up with local employees at DirectViz Solutions, LLC to donate more than 440 books to children attending a summer academy at the Bella Vista Elementary and Carmichael Elementary schools.
Each child participating in the program will be able to select one of the donated books for some fun summer reading. The remaining books will be distributed to classrooms across the Sierra Vista Unified School District.
Special thanks to our own Courtney Powell and Ellen Clabaugh for dropping off the donated books. We also want to recognize Ellen’s son Liam for helping with the event and donating several books from his own collection.
