Engineering Satellite Communications Solutions for Global Military Operations

SOSi manages and deploys full-service, very small aperture terminal (VSAT) communications systems worldwide to support the Department of Defense (DoD). The systems enable worldwide long haul terrestrial interconnectivity, satellite bandwidth, and network service communications to support Joint, Coalition, DoD, and multi-national warfighter forces.

In addition to fielding the systems, our teams provide network operations, engineering, help-desk, and field support. We also support the DoD in cyber hardening the systems and network to ensure all communications remain secure.

Our team has successfully operated and maintained more than 3,500 VSAT terminals in support of this mission. We have also assisted the DoD in operating dozens of satellite terminals deployed worldwide. The terminals we maintain provide voice, data, and video services in support of joint, coalition, and defense operations globally.
