Results
To date, SOSi has completed more than 100 SEC modernization projects in a timely, efficient manner. Our work has streamlined SEC operations to remove redundancies and reduce operating costs. We have made valuable recommendations to improve the performance and reliability of its IT infrastructure and network. We have also worked with the agency to optimize its industry tracking tools, electronic filing systems, and other legacy systems that are vital to its regulatory environment. Our work is helping the SEC comply with 2010 Dodd-Frank mandates and Presidential Directives.
