After the US military withdrawal from Iraq in 2012, SOSi provided commercial support to ongoing FMS efforts to ensure the Iraqi military could field the F-16 aircraft and defend against belligerent actors in the region. SOSi’s established a rudimentary medical clinic providing support to 350 US and international contractors doing runway and airfield construction. This medical clinic provided routine care, health surveillance, and emergency lifesaving.
