Mr. Lou Addeo
Lou Addeo recently retired as a full time business executive on December 31, 2014. Mr. Addeo has formed a consulting business with the primary focus on supporting business executives in growth strategies and operating plans.
He spent more than six years as an executive at ManTech International and in his tenure with the company was involved in acquisitions to support government services within the U.S. Department of Defense, health care and commercial cyber markets, contributing over $500M in value.
From 2007-2009, Mr. Addeo was the Chief Operating Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Serco North America, responsible for revenue growth and profitability for all business units including Logistics, Engineering and Transportation. Mr. Addeo was a principle during restructuring of the organization and an acquisition and integration of business valued at over $500M. Previously Mr. Addeo served as the President of AT&T Government Solutions Inc., and over his 30-year career at AT&T he held a number of operational leadership positions including Vice President of National Information Systems, where he directed a broad offering of professional services, managed services, and in-depth intelligence capabilities to federal agencies and departments including the White House, U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and the intelligence agencies.
Mr. Addeo has served on the Boards of the USO, AFCEA, NVTC and SASA. He has supported startup businesses in funding, operations and sales. He is a graduate of Rutgers University and holds a Master’s Degree in Business from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
